The personal side
Family, honestly. I love simple things. Movies, theater popcorn, game nights at home, puzzles, getting away for a weekend. Anything that helps people slow down, connect, and enjoy time together.
I’m kind of a country boy at heart, even if I don’t necessarily look like one. I appreciate simplicity, slower pace, being outdoors, and paying attention to the little things. I think a lot of people are rushing through life and missing it while it’s happening.
My follow-through. If I put my mind to something, I’ll see it through. Integrity is probably my core value. I was raised old fashioned. Your word means something. I don’t need a contract to keep my word.
Sports, the gym, prayer, meditation, and being intentional about how I live. I’m a thoughtful person and care deeply about other people. I try to stay aware of how I’m showing up and live in a way that actually aligns with my values.
My sister-in-law had her license, and I got exposed to the industry through her. Pretty quickly I realized I loved working with people, solving problems, negotiating, and putting deals together that actually create value for clients. I also liked the idea of building something of my own where who you are matters.
I’ve been in real estate since 2012 and specialized in new construction for much of that time. I’ve worked in construction, wholesale, residential, land, investment properties, and multiple states. That broad experience helps me see opportunities, understand leverage, and guide clients through situations from a lot of different angles.
Trust should be a non-issue when people work with me. I care deeply about my clients and the outcomes they’re trying to create. I don’t separate life and business the way some people do. Buying or selling real estate affects people’s families, finances, stress levels, and future. That matters to me, and I treat it that way.

Adam spent 8 years negotiating billions in commercial real estate inside Intel and Adobe before turning that lens on residential real estate. He runs every transaction like the finance leader he was — pricing strategy, structure, and leverage.

Tyler leads deal execution and operations, bringing an engineering mindset to every transaction. He keeps details tight, timelines moving, and ensures each deal is handled with precision.

Operations Lead
Jess is a top-producing agent and business owner with over a decade in real estate. With deep knowledge of accounting and insurance, she keeps the main thing the main thing, guiding deals with clarity and consistency.
